Where The British Independent Film Awards discloses your personal information to its agents or sub-contractors (for example: the developers of our websites, our PR company to prepare for the award ceremony or events) for these purposes, the agent or sub-contractor in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, BIFA discloses that it has agreed with the sub-contractor, where applicable, that BIFA is the Controller of the Personal Data and the sub-contractor is the Processor (as such term is defined in the GDPR) of such data. In any case where BIFA acts as a Processor of Personal Data on behalf of a third party, the sub-contractor shall be deemed to be a Sub-Processor.

Attending an awards ceremony and events
